Hey, I had a great night drinking an chatting with Smitts, Capps and Okee before the fallout, and I took a break just because I had better things to do................. was I running for the hills, not in my mind. I just didn't have time for it. It wasn't my fight. I made my points clear to all parties.

I don't want to relive the dumpster fire. I just want to know where members stand going forward. What's the justice system here ?

For the last time, Capps is not banned. He literally dared Martin to ban him when Martin kept asking him to cut the shit out. (This is all in public threads.) Capps wouldn't stop, Martin obliged by banning him. The ban lasted 5 or 6 hours. Capps is free to post, he is not allowed to run from room to room releasing his hockey diarrhea on the floor of every room. He's butt hurt about that.

Smits was accurately able to smell what's up and settled down. He got the message without needing to be told.

So what's the exact definition of shitting all over threads? Many threads wander off topic from time-to-time and nobody really has issue.

Here's the issue

Four people sitting at a table discussing topic A. Two people come along, sit down at the table and start discussing topic B as loudly as possible. Ok, fine, the four people move to a different table to discuss topic A. Same two asshats can't leave well enough alone and take their pompous asses over to the new table. Now they are just being fucktards.

Rinse, repeat throughout 50 or so threads and we have what we all can recognize as shitting all over the forum.

So, I'm hearing you say that the only reason Capps was banned was that he dared Marty to ban him, it wasn't about shitting all over the board. Is that correct.
