35% of their staff gone due to immigration raids. What is their penalty for hiring illegal immigrants? None? So they'll do it again? Hmmm. What if we charged them a fine of $10K per person hired illegally, and put that money into enforcement? (I don't know the number, but make it punitive.) How many companies would have to pay that huge penalty before other companies would think, "nah, not worth it. Hire legally."
Then tell Americans they have to start paying their actual costs for stuff, especially food.
