Judge ruled bar can refuse service to Trump Supporters. I wonder if it would matter if they were gay and asked for cake instead of beer.

"But that's different!" scream the libs. It's always different. It's how they justify holding "stop the hate" signs while screaming and cursing at others.C-Mag wrote:Judge ruled bar can refuse service to Trump Supporters. Just read some more details on the MAGA issue. The MAGA guy handled this lawsuit poorly. Trying to say it was "spiritual" was never going to work. 'm fine with the judgement, let's just see how future suits are ruled when it's a liberal being refused service for being a liberal. Chances are it will be a different judge, with different rules and that suit will be upheld.
Ironically, the bars lawyer brought this up:
I'm fine with a business being able to refuse service because of wearing a Trump hat. Just STFU when it happens to a liberal. But that won't happen. If a liberal get thrown out the courts will find some reason to rule in their favor.
Just have everyone take a politics/culture test and split up the country by the results already. Let each region make up their own laws and have their own government. We've shown we can't play nice together anymore.
Ironically, the bars lawyer brought this up:
Wait, now religious beliefs are protected? See, these judges and lawyers all work within their own "interpretations" of the law.But on Wednesday, when the bar’s lawyer, Elizabeth Conway, pointed out that only religious, and not political, beliefs are protected under state and city discrimination laws, saying, “supporting Trump is not a religion” — Piatek pivoted.

U.S. Supreme Court backs Christian baker who spurned gay couple
http://news.trust.org/item/20180604150452-eu3tg
WASHINGTON, June 4 (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday handed a victory on narrow grounds to a Colorado Christian baker who refused for religious reasons to make a wedding cake for a gay couple, stopping short of setting a major precedent allowing people to claim exemptions from anti-discrimination laws based on religious beliefs.
The justices, in a 7-2 decision, said the Colorado Civil Rights Commission showed an impermissible hostility toward religion when it found that baker Jack Phillips violated the state's anti-discrimination law by rebuffing gay couple David Mullins and Charlie Craig in 2012. The state law bars businesses from refusing service based on race, sex, marital status or sexual orientation.
The ruling concluded that the commission violated Phillips' religious rights under the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment.
