Anyone want to take a whack at explaining why a career politician is more suitable as public representative than a celebrity?
Or more suited than anyone else, for that matter?

Obviously you all know something about career politicians that I don't, to hold them in such high regard.

Simple, it's the same thing people said about Trump. They would are normally are loose cannons. They also have more ability to be blackmailed than the average politician, and that's saying something.

More prone to blackmail than career politicians, who trade in bribery and blackmail on a dialy basis?
Doubtful.

In order to blackmail someone you have to be able to adversely affect them. You think "exposing" the fact that Kid Rock has done drugs or solicited hookers can damage him?

He seems particularly resilient to several types of blackmail that would end the reign of countless career politicians.

Nope, the reverence and awe for professional fundraisers and figureheads still remains unexplained.

Do you not to see the problem here? These are things that are open to everyone to see... what demons does he hide that no one knows about? Seriously, no one shows all their skeletons in their closet...

Kid Rock is a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. Especially if you take into consideration he is more of a loose cannon than Trump.

Guess you need a safe career politician like Hillary Clinton or Paul Ryan to represent you, then. You know - a professional with nothing to hide. Blackmail proof.

It's a goddamn miracle that the nation was founded at all, without a single career politician to watch over us and keep things together in 1776.
Truly miraculous.
Must have been a fluke.
