I voted no for multiple reasons.

First, they've tried to cram Harris at us since before she failed in the primaries. This is there chance and she will need to have something to run on in 2024. I'm willing to accept that Joe is just an acceptable face that can't really make a decision on his own that they can pin anything they want on. It's hard to imagine leaving behind all that military equipment on accident. And in a Communist takeover, they need to demoralize Americans.

On the other hand if not all this was intentional, I can't see Joes health holding up for the rest of the way. They've been working over time to keep him out there. He's already a laughing stock of the international community and the nation. Plus, pushing a dementia patient to just make this many public appearances, and the drugs he must be on will tax his body even more.
