I’ve been reading that Pence is actually the one on a glide path via the 12th Amendment because Trump would need 33 States to show, and he’ll probably only get 31, which then defaults the presidency to the VP.
I'd heard of this, but only because I watched VEEP, and I thought it was something they invented for humorous plotting. Never bothered to look into it, since it seemed so unlikely.
The upshot: nothing is too absurd or unlikely to deserve some attention.

A couple States (PA, WI) have a Dem gov but Republican legislature, but the legislature certifies the State’s electors. If they have cover from SCOTUS or substantial evidence of voter fraud, they can decline to certify, meaning Biden doesn’t have the 270 required. This is hardball politics like has never been played before.
Of course, Trump is just a lucky idiot once again.

Here’s the strategy as I follow it:

Nobody thinks Trump doesn't play hardball. But, you gotta admit, getting a third SCOTUS was a lucky break - I've read you only need 4 justices for a cert, but that might assume recusals, or not having a full bench, or some other judicial arcana.
