Were a few Massey Fergusson International Harvesters from the 70's.C-Mag wrote: Sun Sep 22, 2019 10:14 am Great Stuff Monte !

The Titans have the original IHC logo, if you see anything International Harvester with that logo it is old, pre-1920. I have plow with that logo on it.
Brit tractors seem to have more attention to aesthetics than American tractors.
Were their any Empire Tractors? I would think the British Isles would be a hotbed for them since they were made from extra Willy's jeep parts.
Were there any BSA Bantam bikes there ?
The reason I ask is that the origin of the Bantams are one of the funniest war reparations I've ever read. After WWII the Allies took the plans of the DKW (German Auto Union) 125 bike as reparations. From these plans came copies in the form of the Harley Hummer and BSA Bantam, the Soviets also had their version. I only know this because I have a Harley Hummer.
Probably half the tractors there were American.C-Mag wrote: Sun Sep 22, 2019 10:14 am

That was just before they combined with Massey.Montegriffo wrote: Sun Sep 22, 2019 11:00 amProbably half the tractors there were American.C-Mag wrote: Sun Sep 22, 2019 10:14 am

Lots of Fordsons and Fords. Lots of Massey Fergusons. Lots of old John Deeres.
Do you not have the TE20 Fergusons (little grey Fergies) in the States?
They were built before the Massey - Ferguson merger (1954) turned a Canadian and a British manufacturer into an American owned company with headquarters in Georgia.
The little grey is the equivalent of the Mini over here, every farm has had one at some point.
You can still pick a decent condition 70-year-old one up for a couple of grand.
