I took 5 people to get me, my wife and my most recent son from the hospital to our car.

I called a clinic the other day to schedule an appointment for my wife, they said I couldn't do that because of HIPAA.

I good doctor friend of mine had to take a week long class on communicating in English before the AMA would certify him as an MD because he is technically ESL, even though he's lived here since he was 8 and you could tell he spoke normal English with a 15 minute conversation. One more $50,000 bill added on to the cost to become a doctor for no reason.
