It's amazing how paying for a city permit eliminates the risk of e. coli.

If that permit ensures good practice then it will reduce the risk of E-coli and other food born pathogens.

Without regulations on food handling there will be more poisoning.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

“Private Property” is no protection either. Ohio’s cottage food laws are absurd.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

Pretty sure they cannot stop you if you feed homeless on private property.
The city code people and the state health department will still shut you down, if they know about it.

Very different level of risk between freshly baked cakes and raw meat. Especially meat past its use by date and in a dumpster.

What really baffles my country ass is the fact that so many people are so willing to accept the fairy tale of the state so blithely and uncritically all day, every day.

Fucking mind-blowing.

Kansas City Health Department pours bleach on food meant for homeless people
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI (Fox 32 News) - The Kansas City Health Department threw away and poured bleach on food meant for homeless people.

The food was going to be distributed by a group called Free Hot Soup KC. The Kansas City Star said that the food, which included home-cooked chili, foil wrapped sandwiches and vats of soup, was destroyed on Sunday, Nov. 5, during a coordinated sting at several parks where volunteers had gathered.

The Health Department said the group did not have a permit and was putting people at risk.

"E. coli or salmonella or listeria can grow in the food," department director Rex Archer said. "And then you give that to homeless people who are more vulnerable, they will end up in the ER and even die from that exposure."

The mayor also agreed with the Health Department, tweeting that "Rules are there to protect the public's health, and all groups must follow them, no exceptions."

One of the leaders of Free Soup KC said they will continue to hand out free food, but will just do it on private property.
BUT WITHOUT MUH STATE WHO WILL RUN UNDERCOVER STING OPERATIONS TO CATCH CHARITIES ATTEMPTING TO POISON HOMELESS PEOPLE AND THEN POUR BLEACH ON THE FOOD???
That bleach food will be the closest thing those skeevy bums will have to a shower in months, that is until they get arrested and thrown into county...

To be honest, its possible all that bleach will kill some of the halitosis producing micro-organisms in their dirty hobo mouths..
