Or is that how I'm wired (or preordained) to opine?

Only an INTP would take the test repeatedly, consistently scoring INTP, and still argue he's different.Fife wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:27 pm Is it OK that I've been testing out as hardshelled INTP since age 16, but consider Myers-Briggs as not much more than Zodiac bullshit?

As the only male Family Law attorney in free legal services, I've had some doozies: Russian brides, incest, homeless medical access. It's some Alpha male shit to take that stuff on.Fife wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:07 pm Have you ever acted as a formal mediator in civil disputes?
Have you represented any clients in formal mediaton sessions?
If so, I'd be interested in your experiences.

I agree, of course. What I want to know is: have you learned more through mediation or standard adversarial combat?Martin Hash wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:36 pmAs the only male Family Law attorney in free legal services, I've had some doozies: Russian brides, incest, homeless medical access. I was talking to my son, Haven, about just such a case. He brought up the Unibomber; that guy had quite a resume but nobody gave a damn until he got famous. There are some Rock Stars with PhDs in whatever, but the degree only causes admiration after the fame.Fife wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:35 pm I think I read somewhere that J.W. Gacy was strong INTJ. He got pretty famous.
Mediation is subjective, adversarial relationships are objective. I'm an objective guy.Fife wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:40 pmI agree, of course. Iunno, man, "Dr" guarantees some cred. Gotta come strong from the gate, though. What's Gene Simmons' Myers-Briggs?Martin Hash wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:41 pmI was talking to my son, Haven, about just such a case.
