She began shoving metal threw her wrists until she stopped taking them.

Wow... that sucks, sorry to hear that.

I’ve always heard that birth control can have some bad side effects, but I don’t know anyone who ever complained about them beyond a little weight gain. Though I’m sure I wasn’t exactly #1 on the list to discuss birth control.

I did have a friend who (as a teenager) said her periods caused her crippling pain and birth control ended that.

Birth control pills are actually really bad for women. Fucking up your hormones and endocrine system is a very bad idea.

It's really pretty fucking crazy that people in general see the problem with abusing steroids, but the females are popping birth control pills like fucking vitamins without bothering to acknowledge they are doing something similar but long term and with potentially worse side effects.
