There actually is a lot of skill to putting on philanthropy events on well.

Seriously, its way under utilitized.

A huge number of good causes are run on passion.... and they have no idea what they are doing and desperately could use the help from folks who know how to actually execute their visions.....

It seems like this will become a kind of game for people to detect the manipulation and then do the opposite. I don't see these kinds of tactics working out. It's not that I think this kind of social engineering is impossible; I simply think Facebook Inc. is not smart enough to accomplish it.

Indeed, the more "diverse" these companies become, the less competent they will become (by definition of affirmative action), and the less likely they will be able to accomplish these kinds of social engineering feats.

They had a brief window for about ten years where it was doable, but they lost control of it. Plus, cultural Marxism is ushering in a new dark age where our civilization's core competency declines, innovation declines, and our capabilities diminish. You can't have super-sophisticated social engineering programs and then affirmative action favoring the transgendered queer disabled Muslim employees over that guy who was actually qualified..
