When the Stones were in town, I said, "I saw McCartney for $500, I'm not paying $2K for the Stones." 10 years later I still wish I'd gone. I bought Eagles tickets the moment they went on sale. They went up another $250 while I was debating which seat. None left now. And Tom Petty's dead, you got to get who's left.

The Eagles are great. I actually like Long road out of Eden a lot. I'm no snobb. I like what I like and don't apologize. The Eagles revolutionised rock. They are also the soundtrack of my childhood. Some of their songs allow me to time travel 40 years back and remember scenes from my childhood.

I wanted to see the Stones, but it was like $300 for a seat way back in the crowd, and I doubt they were going to play all that well these days.

I kind of regret not seeing Def Leppard.

I saw the Stones for free at Glastonbury a few years ago. They were OK but not the best band playing that week.

Wanted to see the Stones a couple years back, but too expensive. I'm not too upset though, I think I wanted to see them just to say I saw the stones. But it wouldn't be like seeing them in 69.

I did see Roger Waters, the Wall, in San Francisco. That was actually pretty badass.
