We already print money without issuing Treasuries; it's called Quantitative Easing, and only The Rich get it.

Aren't you trying to start a business? Couldn't you ramp up quickly to whatever level of consumption of your product?

Except for status and so-called "investments," America can produce WAY more than it consumes.
