Would be yet another example of the fact that the United States, as it currently exists, is not worth continuing.

lol. The funny part was me trying to figure out who Makar was being forced to pay and for what, and why a cake would have anything to do with it.

Well, I mean, duh.

Masterpiece Cakes is going 6-3 the wrong way (MAYBE 5-4), but Justice Repo Man will take center stage for the first time in his dissenting opinion. Call that my 2018 prediction.

Kennedy is 2015 news, dude. We're in the Era of Trump, now, broham.
Just sayun, I think you're gonna lose this one, when was the last time Kennedy voted against da Gay?

Of course it's going the wrong way this time around. Not the point, though.

What, you think Christianity is poised to make a big comeback in the USA?

The long term trend seems to point to the liberals winning this war going away.

Predicting those kinds of trends are like predicting the weather on New Years Eve in 2030.

I'm just talking about what SCOTUS will do in the next term.

We can thank Providence that old drunken bitch wasn't able to give us Mr. Justice Merrick as the replacement for Nino.

Better get out there and vote for Trump then, because I don't see how the GOP being in a position to alter the balance is a slam dunk.

You don't think it's possible for the Democrats to unseat Trump in 2020?

It's not like they're going to be running Hillary next time.

Baby steps, broham. Baby steps.

Gorsuch is the best news to come down the pike in quite a number of years. I'll take the good as I get it.

Not if they run Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden or Elizabeth Warren. If they run Dwayne Johnson, watch out Trump.

Yeah, Gorsuch is good, but that was just holding the line, that's no guarantee of an offensive, if you don't get the Trumpster over the finish line.

Pretty sure the moment the Dems get back into a position to make a pick, Ginsberg will accommodate them, and Kennedy could too, so the whole thing may rest on the shoulders of Trump in 2020
