Re: Sloth
This is how I prepare topics for my podcast, "PRay TeLL, Dr. Hash." I fan the spark of an insight into flame, and see if it catches fire. I got the basis of this topic from another thread, percolated on it, posted it, then follow the thread, bouncing off the reactions to form a deeper understanding. Characters like StA are why diversity is valuable. I would never of considered his pov on my own.

I have to go to the gym for physical therapy. I'd rather not return to living in extreme pain and trapped in bed most of the day. Thanks.
That's your leftist "toleration" for you. Fuck disabled people, amiright!?

Re: Sloth
My story is very much like this man's story:
https://www.menshealth.com/health/im-a- ... bromyalgia
If you call that sloth, then you don't know what sloth is.
Dragging yourself to the gym when you can barely turn your neck, and your muscles are in an amount of pain that would make the likes of Kath cry.. that's not sloth. Getting from bed-ridden to mostly functional is huge battle.
The snide innuendo that I am slothful says more about the character of Kath than anything else.
The weirdest part about it is how people without severe chronic pain, who probably let themselves go, can lecture others on sloth. There was nothing that held them back from not getting fat and weak. They chose to be like that. Yet people who overcome severe physical disability to get in shape are slothful? Bitch, please. Go take your meds.

I wasn't really disagreeing with you on the consumption/production aspect. It's true that people checking out of the system en masse will eventually destroy it. But wouldn't that be a good thing?

Re: Sloth
Is sloth a sin against God? Or consumers? Or the state? Or who?
It's obvious Martin isn't talking about Catholic sloth; I'm quite sure he don't believe in salvation. StA, what kind solth are you talking about?
What kind of sin is sloth, exactly?
