Re: MHF (and others) Christmas Party
Unless Hash moves the party to the mid Atlantic to make it even for all of us I'm not coming to your xenophobic party.
Thanks for the invite though Martin.
Also I'm catering a medieval banquet for 200 the day before.

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Are you going to be serving animals wrapped in other animals?
Will you be slaughtering them on the property?
Just looking to see if I can justify the 8 hour drive to my family...

Deep down tho, I still thirst to kill you and eat you. Ultra Chimp can't help it.. - Smitty

Stay away from that guy. He is not as smart as he claims he is..GrumpyCatFace wrote:Looks like a 40-hour drive for me, buddy. Afraid I'll have to pass, this year. That's a very nice tree, tho.
I'd love to see more MHF meetups happen, tho. SilverEagle is the only other Ohioan that I know of, everybody else seems to be coastal.

Most tempting Christmas party invite of the year.
Who wouldn’t want to go to the Hash estate and ride that silly train?
Sadly I’ve already accepted an invite for another event on the 16th, but if they cancel I’m buying an engineers hat and heading south!

As an aside, how close do you live to Puget Sound? Ive vacationed in Seattle before, and Ive seen some of the best natural views ever in that part of the Pacific Northwest.

I lived near the liberal bleeding heart of Seattle for many years, but gentrification has pushed me about an hour outside of it now.
They renovated the 1940s era duplexes I rented and priced me out of the market ... even though there are three, trash strewn, loud music blaring, section 8 blocky-buildings directly behind them. So ... a few Seattleites paid big money to live directly in front of buildings with discarded toilets and mattresses on their front lawn.

My cousin’s in laws used to live in Seattle and they moved to Idaho because they felt that it was getting way too liberal. They were getting kind of creeped out by some of the things they witnessed.DBTrek wrote:I lived near the liberal bleeding heart of Seattle for many years, but gentrification has pushed me about an hour outside of it now.

can you imagine a pack of assholes piling into his house, and arguing about Trump and the 2nd Amendment, and Breaking Bad, while his family looks on in horror?C-Mag wrote:Is our Uber wealthy host flying us all out there ?
