I believe the dude moved to Florida in the first place because some of our laws shield people from asset seizure and parts of civil suits. For instance, I don't think the police or feds can seize your house if you live in Florida and are convicted of racketeering or whatever, so a bunch of mafia guys buy property here. In any case, he will be a fine addition to this state, and I hope the people of Naples give him a nice warm Florida welcome. He's already been through enough. Poor guy. We all make mistakes.
