I think we need a new National Prescription Clearinghouse Agency, along with a Department of Drug Abuse Tracking, and maybe a few more agencies packed with useless highly paid government bureaucrats... It won't solve anything, but it'll give the appropriate illusion of progress.

Just like 9/11, when the existing "intelligence" agencies missed everything (so the story goes) and couldn't share info... The "solution" is to add more agencies full of bureaucrats.

Those kids don't "choose" to get hooked on pills. They're usually prescribed them after some sort of injury, then get addicted. They aren't degenerates.
