Columbine... yeah. Excellent observation.

Or maybe "someone hurt my feels, and the Paxil is telling me to buy a gun and shoot a bunch of them. It'll make me feel better, like I've gotten my revenge on those assholes who made me feels bad."??

After all, if you feels bad, there's a pill for that these days.

Of course now we're giving them other outlets, like burning stuff and punching people on campus. It might help keep them from shooting things up?

This fact is criminally under developed. Then when you have parents looking for any excuse to diagnose their special snowflake and better living through chemistry up their life you are stuck with a generation of drugged zombies

So this is probably an unpopular opinion but I believe it "started' when women starting joining the work force. Couple that with the rise of technology and jobs going away, and you have a recipe for our current state. Now,to me personally, it seems that the nuclear family is less important now across the spectrum than it was 50 years ago. Women are not men. Women are more sensitive and emotional. As women have become a larger force in society this has been reflected back.

Mind you, I think women should work, have equal rights, and everything that comes with that. But to be sure, society and culture has changed with women in the work force. Now we have more women going to college then men, too many single mothers, and not enough fathers. It's spiraled from there. I mean, you could write a dissertation on this if you really wanted to, and you still would't hit every reason why we are here. There has been some real Murphy's Law shit since the 1960's.

They are kids of boomers, though. Only the very last range of Gen X were our parents actually boomers. They became parents right in the late 70s -- i.e. the beginning of the Millennial generation.

Millennials and boomers are basically the same thing. The poison generation and their offspring.

Our kids are mostly still in school. They are Generation Z. Guess where they are falling out in politics..

I straddle that shift right at the end of the Gen X. My mother is a boomer but my father is lost generation.

Sure. If you want to be transgendered, you can do that. The name Deborah is already taken, though. She doesn't come around much any longer.

When you think about it.. who else could have sired this pussy ass SJW generation than the draft-dodging boomers?

The generations have become like two competing bloodlines.

Gen X and Gen Z are parents and their children.

Boomers and Millennials are parents and their children.

While everybody is an individual and shouldn't be judged by their generation as a whole, the big picture is pretty clear. These two generations are a problem. Millennials are going to be just as bad if not worse for future generations as the boomers are to us. Think about how entitled and cuntlike they are now as a group. Imagine what it will be like in their sixties.
