Organizations and people tend to emulate traits of their Leadership.

Barrack Hussein Obama is a Social Justice Warrior, and street Agitator, with deep empathy for LGBT people, he believes that police, as a rule, rather than and exception, unfairly treat people of color, he feels that the Muslim faith is unfairly characterized as violent.
What do we see under the BHO Leadership, an explosion of Social Justice demands, violence and tension in the streets, Anti-Police marches, Social Justice and LGBT favorable laws, the US constantly apologizing for being American, all these people rushing to say this violence isn't about Islam.

That is correct, barring an outlier, such as an athlete being terrified of punishment for losing, or who absolutely hates being forced to represent it.
