It's basically the new set of rules enacted to prevent a repeat of the 2008 crash. It was mostly neutered by Republicans already, and what remains is all that's holding the banksters back from bending us over again.
Things like the Volker Rule, which was to force banks to separate their investment branches from commercial deposits. Or the restriction of banks from becoming "Too Big To Fail", and threatening the global economy again.

Oh sorry. I thought the Presidential Blowjob Team suddenly had an interest in an important issue.
Carry on with your banner-waving.

Yes, but I'm thinking the Democratic Party didn't try very outside of Warren, Sanders, and a few others. The reformers are simply too weak.
Look at two leading Democrats, Clinton, D-Wall St serves Big Finance, and Biden D-Usury serves the Big Loaning:-) out of his state of Delaware, which is one of the main location of the headquarters of credit card companies, and other associated evils.
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

The laws that Congress passes you mean? The ones that run the country? That we live under? Okay.
