Any one of us could put something better together than this thing.

I'm moving towards the Right and more Authoritarian.

This is where it put me:

The fallacy of all these kinds of frameworks is the underlying assumption that there exists some connection between the various questions (issues). In reality, there is nothing that connects your position on abortion to your opinion on whether the state should criminalize private sexual behavior. It's pure prejudice to think otherwise.

The idea of a continuous left-right spectrum ignores that all of these issues are separate issues. The only way you can begin to put them all together into a continuous framework is to reduce the world into two broad ideologies that provide some prescription for each issue. But that's really not how it works.

Yeah, none of this is how it really works

Also, I'm sure I could virtue signal my way through the questions to reach any of the extremes

That's what my teacher told me when I was about seven. They overlap.

Honestly though, there's way to may social issue questions in this test; McMapleleaf almost never straps the Jackboots on over social issues.
It was the faggots that did it for me. Faggots are literally tearing our society apart. I want them back in the closet.

The test is also uniformly bourgeois, there's not a single question in there on an issue that I would to war over, put a few questions that I would go to war over, and would guess that my authoritarian score would spike sharply on that, but on bourgeois economic and social issues, I'm much more hands off, just not going to shoot people over smokin' dope and faggotry, consenting adult, own time, own dime, no material harm; do as you please.

But now you're invoking a Social Contract, which is pushing you up and to the Left towards the Bolshies, mate.

I never signed no Social Contract, and even Her Majesty defends the right, which is down and to the Right; Constitutional Monarchy.

I think that test tries to shoehorn your thoughts into restrictive choices.

In the end I found it to be quite accurate, for anything short of extremis, it just completely edits out extremis, i.e.; the mob comes to take away my Crown, or the mob comes to take away your guns; extremis, at which point, everything goes sharply up and to the Right methinks, to wit, war.
