Even if the Japanese never attacked and the Pacific War never happened the fact that we were supplying the industrial might for the Allies and the fact that our homeland would have remained untouched ensured our postwar hegemony. Regardless of all that, we were already the industrial leaders of the world post WWI since we were barely touched in the meat grinder
