In fact, there is rumblings that there is now going to be an alternative oil currency exchange between Russia, China, Iran and India. Winning?
I have a hard time seeing India being willing to work with China. Other than Pakistan China is their biggest rival, and they came very close to going to war not long ago. They've been working hard to limit China's power and influence, not try to make it stronger.

India is also part of the anglosphere - through they are the red headed bastard stepchild - they’re still a former commonwealth.

no

everybody rises and falls with America

China is propped up by America

India is propped up by America

Russia & Iran are nothing burgers

there is no mechanism where China & India rise while America falls

if America falls, she takes the whole world down with her,

the Chinese & Indian economies would implode if they didn't have America driving them

An adversarial relationship is always required to prevent monopoly and all the problems that come with it. Globalism was a de facto monopoly. A second Internet, world currency, military presence, economies, etc. would be a good thing.
