That was definitive: American NeoCons started this shit intentionally. I’m not going to blame Putin in the slightest: at some point a man won’t take his wife slapping him anymore.

Now I think the WEFers have taken over from the NeoCons. WEFers are what NeoCons morphed into. I used to think they were Marxist but they’re Fascists.

More thoughts on this debacle from the American context..

The American right wing, intellectually, is at least partially imploding. People are still defending Putin as the great white savior of Christian nationalism when, objectively, Putin would be characterized by actual Christians of any other time as an Enemy of God by this point. He has deployed the Chechans outside Kyiv. He has begun the preliminary stages of recruiting Islamic terrorists out of Syria to help run his counterinsurgency. This he does to his own Russian Orthodox cousins in Ukraine. It would be like America, in an effort to "denazify" Canada from the the threat within Quebec, invaded, but we had to essentially kill everybody between Toronto and Quebec to do it, and we had to recruit the Mexican cartels to run the counterinsurgency. But don't worry, we are the good guys.

Yet here in America you have Christian nationalists defending this man. It's unbelievable to me. None of this post is hyperbolic. From an historical perspective, Putin right now would be condemned as an apostate and enemy of God right now. The Patriarchs outside of Russia would have condemned him. The Bishop of Rome would have declared his rule illegitimate in a different time. But there are Evangelicals praying for this shit. Clown world.

At the alt-right version of CPAC, they actually cheered for Putin, and that horrible congresswoman from Georgia didn't seem to mind enough to protest that while she sat in the audience, smugly.

If this escalates, my prediction is that a significant portion of the American right wing, once again as they were in the lead up to our war with the Third Reich, will be completely marginalized. It's a really good time to admit that this invasion is totally evil and wrong. Slowly tacking their way to that point is not going to work (Fox News, Donald Trump).

Fascism is a political immunoreaction against communism. If you don't want a fascist takeover, stop being communists.

Agree. Very raw. That’s why something as subtle as liberty is overwhelmed. The simple fact that Fascism is at least not ideologically opposite liberty like egalitarianism is, is why Libertyists end up slightly on the Right.
