All Ukraine has to do is surrender to save lives so something must be more important?

Not necessarily. But they should negotiate.

The smart move for the world is to offer no NATO entrance for Ukraine, and Ukraine recognizes the breakaway republics of Donbass. That's probably all it would take. A war has been going on there for 8 years because Ukraine won't recognize them.

I've already posted screen shots from the US Embassy in Ukraine showing the US has a Bio Program in the Ukraine. So it's real. Could be innocuous, but the program does exist.

We know the US directly supported the research of the Corona Virus in Wuhan. I don't see this as a stretch at all.
