China has never tasted democracy...

They have had a one party Chinese bureaucracy since the dawn of civilization.

America has had democracy of sorts since its inception.

You can't actually Chinafy America.

Canada on the other hand... might be a closer run thing... we are still British... we like our Bureaucrats.
