Why did you write this like it was some technical peer reviewed thing, when it is obviously an editorial? This isn't going to be in Scientific American. I share many of your opinions, but I looked through your pdf and it is formatted as though it would be in some journal, when really it could be broken down into 3 or 4 posts on here. I especially like the photos of politicians who are featured, as though it is some kind of graph or data point. Who is the target audience for it? Most folks on here already don't like their governors' response, so there is no need for a separate pdf.
I'm genuinely baffled by this. Are you distributing this at your work?
