Well they have a point there. Unfair competition is the gripe. I have to pay all these licenses, taxes, and occupancy fees and endure all these inspections but some dude can come along and glom onto the busiest day of the week and set up some ramshackle business and steal from me , yeah, no I'd be pissed too. A farmers market is one thing, a flea market disguised as a farmers market is something else entirely.

No one is ‘stealing fr you’. This is not gang turf. You chose to open your gay little store, and pay those fees. There was no understanding or promise that you’d be the only idiot selling t-shirts for a square mile.

To answer Fife question, I dont buy from a truck on the side of a road, I buy from Amish or Mennonite on the side of the road. No one bothers them.

The amish keep and sell raw milk as long as they sell it amongst themselves no one cares but if it gets out into the general population they will come down hard. If you have a weak modern stomach you will get sick, it will be horrible. Amish and Mennonites here are given wide latitude there are some lines you just dont cross.
