3) The root cause is that merchant cunts made it legal for broadband companies to discriminate packet data, and the only broadband provider here also competes against the video streaming services. It is profitable for them to make streaming impossible so people either pay a hundred dollars to get it unthrottled or pay for the cable company's television service.
The only reason such would be possible is if you live in a monopoly ISP environment.
The only way you live in a monopoly ISP environment is if your government corruptly props it up.
I am not interesting in trying to solve the infinite problem symptoms that results because you live in a government created for-profit monopoly.
IF things are as you say. Then fix it. Don't ask me to make my internet suck because yours does. Boo Hoo. Carry your water.
Nick, most Americans outside of towns and cities live in monopoly environments. The same money-worshiping neocon/lolberg garbage people who ended net neutrality also made it illegal for our communities to create affordable broadband that doesn't dishonestly take advantage of consumers.
I am so fucking done with this money-worship ideology right now. Money and markets are not the arbiters of right and wrong.

Be done.
Internet speeds nationally are up 30%
I will continue to enjoy the lack of bullshit net neutrality fucking up my communities internet.
See how that nationalism works? Stop being such a fucking globalist.

Highly educated, that means people who can do jobs that Americans can’t do so easily. This is the Creme of the crop of the immigrants, these are the people who we were supposed to let in on this type of visa.
This will not let in the low wage income earners, Trump is doing exactly what he promised wishes to reevaluate and rework the visa system.
This is also temporary, you have to take steps before you can run.
You’re a fool if you believe that.
Especially bc you’re in IT support without a BS CS - your job and wages are going to take a hit - and you dont event know it.

You're like talking to a feminist about rape culture. You have made up bullshit statistics you are just going to repeat, ignoring people when they tell you how wrong this all is. You don't care because you are a money-worshiper, and you have no time for evidence that this shit doesn't work out for most Americans.
The worship of money is liberalism, defined.
The truth is that there is no future for shekel chasers in either party. We are sick this shit on both sides.

Yep. That is your response to the Americans that got fucked over by your libertarian hogwash. A violin. Because you don't care. A huge swath of America is absolutely fucking devastated by your ideology, large numbers of people sinking into drug addiction and death in the despair, and all you have for them is a violin.
I am not being hyperbolic when I state that most of us are completely fucking done with everything you stand for. This market-worshiping ideology is part of what ruined America.
Just because something is good for Comcast doesn't make it good for the American people.

In case some of you have not figured this out, the "duopoly" -- such as it actually existed -- was nothing more than corrupt politicians doing the bidding of corporate American sponsors. That's all it was. What we are seeing right now is a revolt in both parties. The electorate is completely fucking done with people who think like Nick does.
This shit didn't help the GOP in the midterms one bit either. These kinds of people need to be driven out of the party.

I deal with the public everyday, so I'm used to it. Its not so much the projecting cognitive dissidence that astounds as it is the stamina.
How long do you think I can keep him screaming into the wind?

There's plenty of privileged assholes out there who expect the world to provide them with free drinking water, Hungry Man dinners, and streaming Netflix; and expect the state to enforce rules setting up the distribution according to the diktat of the Department of Thus-N-Such.
Can you keep it going until he starts talking to the birds?

I see. Be sure to play your violin for the millions of ruined people suffering from
destroyed communities "cognitive dissonance" resulting from your job offshoring ideas as well.
I never had any illusion that you people would admit how wrong you were, even when half of America is economically destroyed. Now you just laugh at the victims, but do not come crying to me when they decide to hang rope.
