Considering a Silver Dollar is 1 oz., my old coin collection is worth a fortune just in the silver, and the numismatic value is 10x that.

Are you a coin collector, or a bullion stacker?
I see you have a coin collection page on the forum ... did you get them for the rarity of the coin, or the metal content?
What's your plan with them?
Grand kids?
Museum?
Fund an army to protect Camp Hash from the Socialist People's Army of Seattle when they come to collect?

Well, to be pedantic about it, Constitutional silver is only .735 face value in silver by weight, and .9 purity.
Mine are worth way more numismatically but if SHTF?

Ahhh, ok, Constitutional silver. Popular choice among stackers now ... a lot of videos and articles out saying it is THE BEST silver to buy. Of course, as soon as the local markets ran out of silver the dealers jacked the price of Constitutional silver as high as they raised regular bullion rounds ... so after the February squeeze it's not such a hot buy these days. Good deal for sellers tho.

I'm collecting my pre-1982 pennies together since they have over $0.02 of copper in them.
I don't think they'll ever be worth much.
But if they are ... damn ... shit really collapsed and I'm glad I saved them.

Th stimulus is still gonna be $1.9 Trillion, of course - the Dems are just going to cut the middle and upper class out of the direct payment portion. So that money your family would have received will go to politicians and their pork barrel projects instead.

There may be a better thread for this post (it's really more about financial tech than investing), I haven't been keeping up so much lately. I did jump in for a couple of posts on Martin's Monte Hall Problem thread, and listening to this Fridman episode this morning reminded me of that problem somewhat, re: probability, randomness, and the overlay of psuedo-randomness.
