Plant and animal cells are significantly different. The battle over the word meat has to do with culturing animal cells in a lab versus growing them on a beast. They are animal cells. Animal proteins. Animal everything. They are currently more expensive to get than growing them sum'bitches on some stupid animal. But if they weren't.... What. The. So I've found that eating not full Keto, but standard low-carb with 14:10 or 16:8 IF has most of the same results without being so restrictive.

I say most of the results because I don't think you can get quite as shredded on as many calories.
