One thing I need to get into is reloading. I have a couple of money eating projects to get done this year so.....maybe Mrs. Clause will buy me some equipment for Christmas? One can dream. :D

For fuck sake, 1984 is NOT an instruction manual!

I haven't reloaded in years. I had it all stored in a shop that burned down and I never replaced my gear. I know so many people that reload, I may not take this on. Rather just stock up on raw materials needed for common calibers. I think that's best for me. At worse, I am investing in stuff that always seems to maintain it's value and actually appreciates. For instance Lead shot and bullets have gone up 300% in the last 20 years.

@ Doc
Got half way through Luccifers Hammer and put it down, never got back to it. Don't know why, didn't do it for me.
One Second After - the best single book on this Genre out there.

Yeah Baby !
This series is only moderately well known and what makes it great is that the guy who wrote it clearly understands Left Coast SJW insanity. Plus he paints a very realistic picture of a partial government collapse due to a combination of economics, unrestricted immigration and inability to keep our power and food infrastructure flowing in a crisis.

Book 7 was lame, thought he rushed through books 8 and 9 as well. Book 10 the Colonels was moderately helpful to the overall story. But the first 6 books are extremely good.

I recommend this series. It's also available on audio.

Yeah I got to know Glen when I ran my old podcast. I did several phone interviews with him. Good guy.
