Bollocks, I post jokey posts all the time. How do I take child fucker as a joke? I can't think of anything more offensive. It's done to shut me up and nothing else. My attitude is to have open debate and some laughs on the way. I have never seen another person get called a child fucker so regularly. Use the search function, if you can find more than one other person getting called that in the whole forum I'll be amazed. There are at least 50 examples of it with me though.

It was 30+ pages and it gets brought back up as a stitchback ever since. You got off easy by comparison, you can kid yourself but any real long term DCF forum member knows that anyone who sticks around long enough gets caught in similar situation eventually and troll sharks circle and feast. No one is immune and you aren't special snowflake.

drtrech was a whiny bitch too and finally cracked after Trump, and then just found it convenient not to come back after the DCF closed. He blames the people he disagreed with most on the DCF for him souring on the forum as well, and he was just as wrong as you are about the so called bubble. At least drtrech didn't crack because someone called him names, he at least was thicker skinned than that, he just got lazier sooner than you did. He took way more heat than you ever did and ever will take, and he stood his ground more consistently than you ever have.

I tired to join the DCF sooner but the i could not get a rersponse. So i joined it in the spring of last year.

Youtube thumbnails are larger and include a description as well. We were also limited to max 720 pixel images whereas now it's not limited. That feature alone is worth it's weight in gold (and hithero unheard of by myself regarding bbs boards.) There is an audio embed option but as of yet I haven't figured out how to work that...

If you mean did Dan Carlin write some sort of April's Fools thing on the DCF, no. Some members occasionally did post April's Fools threads, but..... we were all too smart to fall for those. At least, that's the story we can all keep sticking to unless someone archived any threads from around April 1st.

We did have Secret Santas until 2011 (IIRC), if you're also wondering if there generally were any seasonally recurring events or traditions.
