There's no war big enough to warrant it, but tell you what, if the Russians come across the trace in Europe and NATO Article V is invoked, there will be a total lockdown, make no mistake.

Well, they lost at Sand Creek primarily through deception and false dealing from the US. That kind of fraud is usually a path to quick (but not necessarily long-standing) gains; assuming a sufficiently gullible trading partner.

My point is, this leftist narrative (Guns Germs and Steel hogwash, basically) is totally farcical on the face of it. The natives were in many ways better equipped and healthier. They had repeating rifles and the cavalry for a long time did not. Natives ate what we would call paleo diets, with very high amounts of protein and fat; cavalry ate terribly. When archaeologists started excavating the dead at Little Bighorn, they found that the remains of the cavalrymen showed signs of undernourishment and just general weakness compared to the natives.

The cavalry did have organization, discipline, and a solid military doctrine. The natives, for the most part, were disorganized and did not operate as cohesive units at all. When they did mass up, like they did at Little Bighorn, cavalry had problems.

I'd bet you one worthless DCF dollar that, if we could get a hold of remains of Roman soldiers and the Germanic barbarians they battled, you'd see the same kind of relationship. Germans had decent weapons, armor, and were much healthier than little manlets who ate mostly bread and porridge. But the Germans weren't organized, had little discipline, and just got routed so often it was ridiculous. They turned it around over time by serving in the legions and bringing that knowledge back to the tribes.

The Red Scare going on now, is much more prevalent than it was in 1968, by 1968, Red Scare II had pretty much worn off, but these days; Snowden betrayed Obama, sided with the Putin-Trump ticket against Muh Hillary; Enemy of the State, Persona Non Grata, might as well be Julius Rosenberg for all intents and purposes.
