I don't see the SCOTUS upholding a breed ban against AR's and AK's under Heller, ever.

Scalia put all these Democrat Party wishes to bed at the time

I don't see any of the conservatives cucking out as in that OP's scenario.

John Roberts might cuck on Roe v. Wade but he's not going to overthrow Heller.

Democrats advanced a new measure this week to encourage states to pass “red flag” laws. These so-called extreme risk protection orders authorize removing guns and ammunition from individuals deemed as dangerous by some anonymous, unaccountable person, but it would not include the ready-made lists of gang members.

Republicans tried to add an amendment including known gang members, but the Democrats will not permit the inclusion of gang databases. It’s odd since gangs are the ones causing most of the so-called gun violence.

They would agree to include the names of white supremacists, but not other terror groups.

Just eat bugs and get shot by feral criminals lol

Dems Veto Red Flag Law for Gangbangers
Dems like House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler warned that people could be wrongly identified as gang members, just as people have been mistakenly put on no-fly lists. But identifying NRA members and law-abiding citizens exercising their constitutional right to keep and bear arms as killers-in-waiting are okay to Nadler, Swalwell, and O’Rourke.

That was a slick move by those republicans. It really demonstrates what these people are actually about.

Your legislators are even stupider than ours. Yikes. How can people like this be elected?

This goes way back, to the Second Great Awakening and associated moral panic.

19th century Temperance Lady.

All Temperance leads to Hatchetation in the end.

The question is, what chance does the Temperance Lady really have of overthrowing the AR15 Saloons?

I don't see going after the most popular gun in America as a winner for the Democrats.

But the name of the game is just to get reelected in your own district, winning the elections is Pelosi's problem.

I want to see that AR-15 she was talking about. As heavy as 10 moving boxes and chambered for .50 cal. That would be something to behold.

But she's not talking to you, her base is women, the Temperance Movement is driven by females, always was.

That's why it's the Temperance Lady and not the Temperance Gentleman.

The widows and orphans cast into the streets, by those bad men and their Assault Rifle Saloons.

Does my wife know what the weight or caliber of the Armalite Rifle is? Nope, and she doesn't care to neither.
