You did. That is exactly what you did when I pointed out the rare occurrence of XYY chromosomes with fully functioning normal results. Your only response was not to use genetic disease as a gender.
So I went with hermaphrodites. No response, back to chromosomes.
This is turning into a surprisingly good example of what I'm talking about. Your absolute declaration is shot full of holes, yet you'll continue to wiggle about in defense of a failed idea because it feels good to have an absolute rule in place.
