Every type of Diet in the world has been sold, and just about any possible fitness routines as well.

I read "Eat Right for your Type" (blood type.) I read through the whole thing and discarded it as a bunch of hooey. It's utter nonsense.

The best diets limit carbs & sugars and focus on protein and green veggies.

I'm not a fan of diets that include the word "never." As someone wise once told me, "a thousand pounds of cottage cheese won't ever taste like a small amount of ice cream." Failure to give the craving some of what it wants will end up worse than if you just gave in once in awhile.

It's moderation.

(Which is one of the biggest challenges I face, being bipolar.) We're not moderate sorts of people, in any area.
