This. For all the noise people make about possible, potential, attacks on the 2nd, the 4th is dead and buried already. The 1st has become largely irrelevant, instead of muzzling the truth opponents just bury it in noise.

What do you guys make of the 2 US born women detained in Montana for speaking spanish? Border patrol seems in full on Gestapo mode, no? I admit, it's odd 2 US born women feeling the need to speak spanish to each other, but it's supposed to be a free country.

so this thrashing of the fourth amendment is okay with you? This is the fourths problem, everyone who thinks they have nothing to hide is perfectly okay with seeing it trampled. Till their turn comes.

I don't really know anything about it.

Why do you want me to get upset about some minor interaction I know little about?

Seems forced.

If it's exactly as you say, then discipline the guy and tell him not to do that again. Cops illegally detain people all the time too. You only now got upset when some Mexican women got the treatment??

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

American citizen is not ethnically American.

If Mexico let you become a Mexican citizen, they would never refer to you as a Mexican. You'd just be the gringo.
