Last I checked, the French are White, as are most French folk living in Quebec. Quebec is only 4% Black.

Are all white people the same ethnicity? Are you and I the same ethnicity because we're both white? No? Then your 87% don't matter, as you yourself said that the ethnicity that mattered in Qubec was the French ethnicity. Simply doesn't matter that the French ethnicity is racially white. So are Russians... yet French are not the same ethnicity as Russians.

When using the label white. yeah it does. Just because there are more kinds of white people than just the french, that doesn't mean that a French Ethno State isn't a White Ethno State. It means there are lots of different kinds of White Ethno States and the Pan-Caucasian Ethno State isn't the only variety of White Ethno State that there is.
