SQUIRRELBANE, the air pistol so deadly it's illegal in Canada. Also can be found for $10-$20 less in sporting goods stores.

Yes, but you don't want to do that. First of all, because you're a human being goddammit, your life has value. And secondly, you could probably go more quickly, and with less pain, chugging gallons of water until water toxicity set in. Which you shouldn't do. Because you're a human being. And your life has value.

I don't think life has much value but Nuke's a funny guy online so he shouldn't die.

The ketogenic diet is a nutritionist’s nightmare. High in saturated fat and VERY low in carbohydrates, “keto” is adopted by a growing population to paradoxically promote weight loss and mental well-being. Drinking coffee with butter? Eating a block of cream cheese? Little to no fruit? To the uninitiated, keto defies all common sense, inviting skeptics to wave it off as an unnatural “bacon-and-steak” fad diet.

Yet versions of the ketogenic diet have been used to successfully treat drug-resistant epilepsy in children since the 1920s – potentially even back in the biblical ages. Emerging evidence from animal models and clinical trials suggest keto may be therapeutically used in many other neurological disorders, including head ache, neurodegenerative diseases, sleep disorders, bipolar disorder, autism and brain cancer. With no apparent side effects. . . .

Ok, I'm intrigued by this MCT Oil.

Which do you use and what brand? What does it do to the coffee, taste wise? I use basic no-fat, non dairy creamer, and not a lot - just to take the edge off black coffee.

From what I read, I want the C6.

6 carbons (C6), caproic acid
8 carbons (C8), caprylic acid
10 carbons (C10), capric acid
12 carbons (C12), lauric acid
Account abandoned.

I use this in my coffee.
(C8 and C10)

My wife has a different, non-butter, 100% oil supplement that I'll have to check out. I'm not sure which one shes using.
