Tell me again about the Pershing which didn't even get into the conflict until the last few weeks of the war.
So a design ten years more modern beat the T34 in the Korean War. That doesn't address the fact that the T34 won WWII for Russia.
Oh and sloped armour was revolutionary. No tank before the T34 had it and all tanks after the T34 did.

I made no claims that the T34-85 wasn't an antiquated design when it bested by the Pershing in Korea. You just got triggered by the fact and drug this into a WWII discussion.
The design is quite older than 10 years, in fact it was designed by American Walter Christie in 1928, with sloped armor.

Sloped armor. Many tanks had sloped armor, typically on the front. The Char B1 was one of those, it's an extremely underrated WWII tank. In one early battle one Char B, took out an entire Panzer Company. The M4 sherman had sloped frontal armor. Do you have any data about the effectiveness of the T34 armor deflecting rounds?

18 April 1945 blocking position on the road from Protzel to Bollersdorf opposite Ernsthof. A Soviet armor assault emanating from Gruhow is repelled, 64 Soviet tanks are knocked out for the loss of one Tiger 2.

19 April 1945 3 Tigers engage over 100 T-34/85’s and a company of JS 2’s.
The first and last JS 2 are knocked out thus blocking traverse from the Soviet tank turrets. The three Königstigers wipe out the Soviets(120 tanks)...............In the late afternoon the 3 Tigers are attacked by 30 T-34’s and destroy them.

I believe what is meant by that "best tank" comment was that it was the best tank at the *start* of the war. By 1945 Germany had made a ton of changes to their own tank designs and easily bested the t-34.
