Take a state with a majority white population, have more white people move there, and then get a constitutional amendment like the Notwithstanding Clause, so America can't dictate their immigration policy to them. Done and done, no dystopia required, no deportations, no trains to concentration camps, none of that shit. All you need is a constitutional amendment, enough folks from anethnic group that happens to be White, who also want to live in an Ethno State in America.

Hard to accomplish in America, hell yeah, impossible, not so much, the path is clear, it's just hard for America to follow at the moment.

Extreme measures are not required, you have failed to prove that they are, there are numerous real world counter-examples to your theory that "it has to go that way", it most certainly does not. Something being hard to do doesn't mean that dystopic measures are required to achieve the thing that is hard to do.

Again exact % ratios have nothing to do with whether a state is an ethno state or not, they do have to do with whether an Ethno State is a White Ethno State, Asian Ethno State or Black Ethno State, etc.

A White Ethno State does not have to be based on skin color to be a White Ethno State, it can be based on an ethnicity, that happens to be White, for example.
