I'm just trying to catch up with the counterfactuals y'all are playing with.
There's something like three people on this forum who want to live in "Only Whites Allowed" country. The rest of us don't base a person's character on melanin levels.
If "white" translated to some sort of culture... I could understand the desire to preserve it.
Preserving culture makes a lot of sense to me... preserving genetic monolithism makes a lot less sense, unless you like rare diseases.
Now there is a cultural piece here...
Christian culture... but this is very diverse, and has never been based on ethnicity - unlike Judaism for example.
Southern culture... a dicey issue, given it's strong association with racial subjugation, but there is something beyond racial subjugation that is not at all meaningless.
British culuture - American culture was a rejection of this.
Native American culture - not much to say here - American culture was also a rejection of this.
American culture I would say is about human liberty, cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and welcoming immigration as much as any notion of whiteness.
What else?
I throw the floor open to all of you.
