Yeah I don't want to upgrade later. Tbh the .357 was what I meant to post the first time but some days I attempt to convince myself to settle for the .38 price tag.

Also gives you the option to use the .38 spec +P, so really three rounds in one.TheReal_ND wrote:Yeah I don't want to upgrade later. Tbh the .357 was what I meant to post the first time but some days I attempt to convince myself to settle for the .38 price tag.
.38 spec +P Semi-Wad HP's, that's the old FBI round, packs a punch; 890 fps

This would be great for walking around the neighborhood at night. We have a lot of coyotesHaumana wrote:Those are slick. What sort of sharpening systems do you guys use?
I got this last year and it works fairly well.

Got the wife this neck knife for Christmas last year for walking the dogs because we had a few friends, and her brother, who's dogs were attacked by other dogs while out on a walk. I did the paracord braided handle.

Or is that a 640? Also a tight whip, 442 is the Airweight.

The .38 is about 6 and the .357 over 12.
I really like the old specials too though. Classic Amerikana.

In the end, it's all about the shooter, put a .38 spec through the medulla, and Jesus Christ himself is gonna drop like a marionette strings cut.

J. Hinkley shot RWR with about the shittiest .22LR revolver you could imagine. RWR came within a pussy hair of bleeding out.
I have as much target control, IMNSHO, with .45 ACP as I do with 9mm. That renders my 9mm stuff as just boutique fun stuff. Which I enjoy, but just as a bit of sleeping around slumming on my bottom bitches, .45 ACP (for humans) and .44 Magnum (for large game). I do use .22LR on squirrels and rabbits.
I don't need a 9mm to make squirrel stew or to grill up a sweet-bone rabbit; .22LR is the right tool for that. Since Hinkley was so fucking incompetent, but lucky at the same time, we can be glad that the real world left him with a .22LR for his shit-shot.

Front sight to the top lip, single aimed shot; in the next world before they hit the ground, before they even start to fall in fact.

Re: The Armory - Guns, Knives, and Axes
.22 was a favorite assassination tool of the mob because it's discreet and the round had a tendency to richocet around inside of the cranium. Obviously an up close and personal job but back in the day gangsters had balls and did not want to injure, in fact were punished for injuring civilians. This is still the case with some smart gangs however.
Btw does the .22 ruin a lot of meat on the squirrels? The ones in the piney woods of east Texas are typically wiry. I had always planned on hunting them with bow and arrow for the sport of it but I don't have time for that hobby anymore much less the money. Still want to buy some trapping wire and take it camping sometime to try my hand at it.
