Norway is also super expensive. In Minsk, you can buy a pint of domestic beer for $2, a bottle of imported for $3. I Norway you would have to pay > $8 for both.

Average wage in Norway $85,000 per annum v Ukraine $3,600.

That's over 10,000 bottles of beer in Norway or 1,200 - 1,800 in Ukraine.

The work-beer index is much higher in Norway plus there are no leaky nuclear power stations.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
