This is what my wife always reminds me of, see.

She's like;

"you don't know what you look like to other people, when you get angry, you scare the shit out of them"

When she mentions the lawyers bills, that generally constrains me, that makes me think twice.

I don't get aggressive with women tho, I was raised old fashioned; "Send out yer man"

/Scots-Irish
I send out my wife to be the socialite, I'm sent out to be the person that tells it like it is. I told my wife a long time ago if you want to keep your friends, don't let me talk to them first. :P
Like I say, I follow the Scots-Irish way, if my wife is in a dispute, I am standing by, but where I come from, you don't fight the other guy's woman, you say to her "Send out yer man!"'

Boyfriend, husband, brother, whatever, send out your champion to fight for you.
My wife is Irish, so I know what you mean. Her family actually has a town named by/after them. Lynchburg. (Probably where the Lynch Mob term came from) They can take care of themselves, their connections to several mobs in the NE has proven that alone...

I am also old fashion, I don't raise a hand to a woman, but I'm also not a punching bag...

I never get in fights in America, Americans are too nice, too friendly, too upstanding.

I can always make parley with an American.

You have to understand how passive-aggressive Canadians are, they're not like Americans at all.

In America, nobody gives me trouble, an armed society is a polite society.

You haven't met the right Americans then... Ones I hung around with, you were told that if you got into a fight you fought for your life, because you never knew what the other person was capable of, and you didn't stop until you were pulled off of the person.

And don't think Americans are "too nice." We are cordial... we will smile, we will nod, we will show you all the gratuities expected of a guest, but you piss us off, and you are dealing with a real American, and not a pansy millennial, or whatever they are today... your clock will be cleaned as a warning.

Again, no one will give anyone any problems, at least in the America I grew up in... we never looked for trouble, but if any found us, yeah...we took care of ourselves.

Kiss the Girl, DSL. Don't get wound up about anything else.

Let this thread be a testament to the importance of living life with someone you care about, face-to-face. You've got the red pill, forget about this simulation.

I'm interested in your homesteading project, of course. If I can be of any help, limited though it may be, with any real estate questions, etc., just let me know.

Clown show in the “peace” thread.

Yeah, in MY America we greeted each other with broken bottles across the face. Only if we liked you tho. If we didn’t like you we’d take a rusty tire iron and open your guys with it. Don’t worry, we wouldn’t eat your guts. No, we’d shove rats in ‘em and let the rodents chew your shit out while you lay there flopping in agony. Then we’d eat the rats.
Yeah, we handled biz.

That's right, I follow the American way, if there is a dispute which must be met, I'll brandish the firearm.

In America, if you're going, you're going all the way, to the death. Which is why I show the open palm first.

It's like Canadians are inclined to be passive-aggressive assholes with no room for parley.

Because they don't think they're going to get shot for it.

I've seen the looks on Canadians faces when they get a gun pulled on them, they are shocked to say the least.

One time I was hanging on the corner in Toronto and there were these hoodlums giving some driver trouble.

He had Michigan plates.

Soon as it looked like they were gonna do something to his car; he stepped out.

With a 1911. Fuck Canada, he didn't give a shit
