Indeed. But if you want better bullshit and better jails, lowering tax rates helps with that too. High tax rates are bad for the economy, and bad for public service funding as well as they cause wealth to flee to avoid the onerous taxes, they are bad for everything.
Wont be fixed.

Have to make your own solutions.

Adjust to the market.

Lower your own taxes by shifting from income to capital.
I know, I'm simply pointing out that by even by industrial age metrics, high taxes are a bad idea. Never claimed it's going to fix the problem, I just said it won't exacerbate it while they adapt.
The future tax increases are already baked into the cake.

The free money party will end, debt will have cost again, high tax low growth environment; stagflation.

Future tax increases will just make it even more low growth, which will delay the recovery, bad idea. Cut the spending, don't raise the taxes, the taxes are too high as it is. That's how you handle the free money party ending, the lefties will cry bloody murder, but they would do that wouldn't they?

Low tax high growth > High tax low growth
Who knew?

The bubble will pop, the interest rates will rise, and lower tax rates won't prevent it. But once it happens, higher taxes are simply going to slow the recovery, so cut spending more instead, that way the recovery will be quicker. Those who focus on trying to tax their way out of the bubble popping to pay off the debt, will be worse off than those who focus on cutting spending to pay off the debt.

Can go either way.

They could have stagflation imposed upon them.

They could go overboard to prevent that and incite a deflationary wage and price spiral.

Onset of inflation or negative interest rates. Pick your poison.

I pick the cutting spending poison, faster recovery. Going overboard will be worse, avoid that deflation if possible, and if you are going into deflation anyway, raising already high taxes will just exacerbate it.

I didn't say cut military spending, if anything ratchet that up. Cut that other shit that is a drag on the economy instead, cut tariffs, don't raise them.

Doesn't matter what you say right now.

Decadent Roaring Twenties Free Money Party.

The Grapes of Wrath have to come.

Then they'll do the wrong things and it will backfire.

That will destabilize the global strategic situation.

Then we'll get to Spartan UBI again.

Obviously they are going to do stupid shit that will backfire, I'm just saying if they were smart they'd skip over that part, and stop making the same mistakes over and over again.
