they play him like he's Drew Doughty, when really he's just a glorified Keith Yandle

as things are now, I'd say the powerplay is going to be the thing that sinks the Leafs

Rielly is no threat from the point, the rest of that group just passes it around pointlessly

they don't get to the inside, they don't score, it's been months of this, and they ain't getting better

can't squander this many powerplays and get very far in the playoffs

so they either find another level, or a mix of players that works, or they are toast

Rielly is the problem, he has no point shot, so he's no threat from the point, and that sinks the rest of it

they keep playing the shit out of Rielly, but he is the cancer on both sides of the puck

come next week, if they are still floundering on the powerplay, things are going to get desperate real fast
